"The Importance Of Background Checks". Facebook post Thurs 3/31/11

Back story: there has been a crazy-ass substitute at my school for the last week...talking to high schoolers like they're in first grade and acting like she's the fucking boss of everyone.

Today, during homeroom, I saw said crazy substitute running around the school doing god knows what. I mean she was litterally RUNNING through the halls. Later that day, I was in the cafeteria when everyone started to stand up to check something out. Crazy-ass substitute lady was dancing and grinding up on a student. She was dancing and shaking her thing like a stripper, and then she started to take off her clothes. Two deans had to take her and put her in the teachers lounge (I don't know if this is true or not, but she apparently flashed one of the deans). People then gathered around and looked through the window to see her dancing to no music by herself like a crazy lady.

It was later said on announcements that she was sent to the hospital because she was suffering from a seizure (a video was taken, in it you can see her tongue rolling around. scary shit). She was suffering from schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder.

The moral of this story: check your employees medical history before you hire them, especially at a school.

It was really sad actually. Someone young in their early 30s has no control over how they act towards or around people. What's also sad is our school doesn't do back ground checks...or thoroughly at least.
